Moong

Ingredients

  • 100 gmoong
  • 1onion
  • a littleoil
  • a littlebottle masala
  • to tastesalt
  • to tastewater

Instructions

  1. Soak 100 g moong for 1 hour.
  2. Cut 1 onion and baghar (sauté) in a little oil.
  3. Add a little bottle masala, then the moong, salt, and water.
  4. Cook in a pressure cooker for 1 whistle.
