Panna Cotta

Ingredients
- 600 mlcream
- 2 cupsfull cream milk
- 1/2 cupsugar
- to tastevanilla extract
- 2 tspgelatine powder
- a littlecold water (to bloom the gelatine)
- to servemixed berries and berries coulis
Instructions
- Mix the gelatine powder with a little cold water in a bowl and set aside to bloom.
- In a pan, mix the cream, milk, sugar and vanilla extract. Stir over low heat until well mixed and just slightly simmering.
- In a big plate, set up an ice bath with ice cubes. Sit the pot over the ice and keep stirring.
- Add the bloomed gelatine and stir until it dissolves; keep stirring as the mixture cools down.
- Strain the mixture and transfer to a dish. Refrigerate overnight.
- Best served with mixed berries and a berries coulis.
