Prawn Lonvas
Ingredients
- 1/4 kgprawns
- a littleoil
- 1onion
- 1/2 tbspbottle masala
- as neededa vegetable
- to tastecoconut juice
- 1/2 cuprice kanji
- to tastetamarind juice
- to tastesalt
Instructions
- Cut 1 onion and baghar in a little oil.
- Add 1/2 tbsp bottle masala and fry.
- Add the prawns and a vegetable.
- Add coconut juice, 1/2 cup rice kanji, tamarind juice and salt.
- Cook through.
