Prawn Lonvas

Ingredients

  • 1/4 kgprawns
  • a littleoil
  • 1onion
  • 1/2 tbspbottle masala
  • as neededa vegetable
  • to tastecoconut juice
  • 1/2 cuprice kanji
  • to tastetamarind juice
  • to tastesalt

Instructions

  1. Cut 1 onion and baghar in a little oil.
  2. Add 1/2 tbsp bottle masala and fry.
  3. Add the prawns and a vegetable.
  4. Add coconut juice, 1/2 cup rice kanji, tamarind juice and salt.
  5. Cook through.
