Robert's Brownies

Ingredients
- 3eggs
- 200 gbutter
- 200 gdark cooking chocolate
- 1 cup (packed)dark brown sugar
- 3/4 cupplain flour
- 2 tbspcocoa powder
- 1 tspvanilla essence
- to sprinklesalt crystals
Instructions
- In a saucepan, put the butter, brown sugar and dark chocolate. Melt on low heat until completely melted.
- Remove from the stove and let it cool — warm is OK.
- In a bowl, add the 3 eggs and vanilla essence and beat lightly with a hand mixer.
- Pour in the melted chocolate mixture and beat until it all combines.
- In a separate bowl, mix the plain flour and cocoa powder; mix well.
- Add the flour-cocoa mixture to the chocolate mixture and beat until everything mixes well.
- Line a tray with parchment paper and spread the brownie mixture in it.
- Sprinkle with salt crystals.
- Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
