Mutton Lonvas
Ingredients
- 1/4 kgmutton
- 6-7 flakesgarlic, stamped (crushed)
- 1/4 kgpumpkin or cauliflower
- a littleghee
- 1/2 tbspbottle masala
- a littledry mango / coconut juice
- to tastesalt
Instructions
- Boil 1/4 kg of mutton with 6-7 flakes of stamped garlic.
- Add 1/4 kg pumpkin or cauliflower.
- Stamp some garlic and bagar in ghee, then add 1/2 tbsp bottle masala.
- Add the mutton and vegetable, cook in mutton broth.
- Add a little dry mango or coconut juice and salt.
