Ingredients
- to tastegreen wattan (dried peas), soaked
- 1onion
- a littlebottle masala
- to tastesalt
- ~4 cupswater
- to tastetamarind juice
Masala (to grind)
- 1 pcfresh coconut
- 2green chillies
- to tasteginger
- to tastegarlic
- a littlecoriander
Instructions
- Soak the green wattan.
- Grind 1 pc fresh coconut, 2 green chillies, ginger, garlic and a little coriander.
- Baghar 1 onion, add the ground masala and a little bottle masala.
- Add the wattan, salt to taste, and about 4 cups of water.
- Pressure cook for 5 to 8 minutes.
- Add tamarind juice.
