Khudi Chicken (or Mutton) to review

Ingredients

  • 1chicken
  • 3onions
  • 1 tbspbottled masala
  • 1tomato
  • to tastesalt
  • 2 cupswater
  • to tastepotatoes

Masala (to grind)

  • 4 or 5green chillies
  • a handfulcoriander (fresh)
  • 1 pcginger
  • 5 clovesgarlic
  • to tastespice powder (elaichi & clove cardamom)

Instructions

  1. Cut 3 onions and fry till light brown.
  2. Add 1 tbsp bottled masala.
  3. Add the ground green masala.
  4. Add one tomato, let it fry, then add the chicken.
  5. Let it fry, add salt, then add 2 cups of water and let it cook on slow fire.
  6. Later, add potatoes.

Spice powder = elaichi, dalchini, lavang powder.
