Khudi Chicken (or Mutton) to review
Ingredients
- 1chicken
- 3onions
- 1 tbspbottled masala
- 1tomato
- to tastesalt
- 2 cupswater
- to tastepotatoes
Masala (to grind)
- 4 or 5green chillies
- a handfulcoriander (fresh)
- 1 pcginger
- 5 clovesgarlic
- to tastespice powder (elaichi & clove cardamom)
Instructions
- Cut 3 onions and fry till light brown.
- Add 1 tbsp bottled masala.
- Add the ground green masala.
- Add one tomato, let it fry, then add the chicken.
- Let it fry, add salt, then add 2 cups of water and let it cook on slow fire.
- Later, add potatoes.
Spice powder = elaichi, dalchini, lavang powder.
