Ingredients
- 1 smallchicken, cut to bits
- 3capsicums, finely sliced
- 4 tbspoil for frying
- 1/2 cupchicken stock
- 2 tbspsliced green chillies
- 1 slicedcapsicum, for garnishing
For Marinade
- 2 tbspsoya sauce
- 1 tbspvinegar
- 1 tspchilli sauce
- 6 flakesgarlic, crushed
- to tastesalt and pepper
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken pieces in the marinade for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil. Remove chicken pieces from the marinade.
- Fry well on all sides.
- Add chopped green chillies and stir fry for 1 minute.
- Add the marinade and stock and simmer till the chicken is tender.
- Remove from the fire and serve.
