Chicken Chilli in Soya Sauce to review

Ingredients

  • 1 smallchicken, cut to bits
  • 3capsicums, finely sliced
  • 4 tbspoil for frying
  • 1/2 cupchicken stock
  • 2 tbspsliced green chillies
  • 1 slicedcapsicum, for garnishing

For Marinade

  • 2 tbspsoya sauce
  • 1 tbspvinegar
  • 1 tspchilli sauce
  • 6 flakesgarlic, crushed
  • to tastesalt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken pieces in the marinade for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil. Remove chicken pieces from the marinade.
  3. Fry well on all sides.
  4. Add chopped green chillies and stir fry for 1 minute.
  5. Add the marinade and stock and simmer till the chicken is tender.
  6. Remove from the fire and serve.
