Fried Garlic Chicken to review

Ingredients

  • 1 largechicken
  • 4 tbspchilli oil
  • 2spring onions, chopped
  • 1 mediumonion, sliced
  • 1 1/2 tbssoya sauce

For Marinade

  • 2 tbspsoya sauce
  • to tastesalt and pepper
  • 15 flakesgarlic, ground

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken for 30 minutes in the marinade.
  2. Heat oil and remove the chicken from the marinade.
  3. Fry well, remove and set aside.
  4. In the same oil, add the onion and fry until done.
  5. Add the marinade, soya sauce, and simmer for 4 minutes.
  6. Add the chicken pieces and serve.
