- a littlesalt
- to tastewater
- to tastetamarind pulp
Masala (grind)
- 1/4coconut
- 3red chillies
- 1 tbspjeera (cumin)
- 6 flakesgarlic
- 1/2 tspcoriander seed
- 1/4 tsphaldi (turmeric)
- 1green chilli
- a littlefresh coriander
Instructions
- Take oil and fry the ground masala.
- Add a little salt and the fish.
- Put water and cook.
- Add tamarind pulp.
