Yellow Curry to review

Ingredients

  • to tastefish
  • to tasteoil
  • a littlesalt
  • to tastewater
  • to tastetamarind pulp

Masala (grind)

  • 1/4coconut
  • 3red chillies
  • 1 tbspjeera (cumin)
  • 6 flakesgarlic
  • 1/2 tspcoriander seed
  • 1/4 tsphaldi (turmeric)
  • 1green chilli
  • a littlefresh coriander

Instructions

  1. Take oil and fry the ground masala.
  2. Add a little salt and the fish.
  3. Put water and cook.
  4. Add tamarind pulp.
