Sarpotel to review

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgpork
  • 1/2 kgliver
  • to tastesalt
  • 8chillies
  • a big pieceginger
  • lotsgarlic
  • 1 tbspbottled masala
  • 2 tbspvinegar
  • a littlewater

Instructions

  1. Boil the pork together with the liver in salted water.
  2. Cut the boiled meat into small pieces.
  3. Cut the chillies, ginger and garlic (straight, not ground).
  4. Fry all the cut masala, then add 1 tbsp of bottled masala.
  5. Add the pork and salt, fry well.
  6. Add 2 tbsp vinegar and a little water and cook.
