Ingredients
- 1/2 kgpork
- 1/2 kgliver
- to tastesalt
- 8chillies
- a big pieceginger
- lotsgarlic
- 1 tbspbottled masala
- 2 tbspvinegar
- a littlewater
Instructions
- Boil the pork together with the liver in salted water.
- Cut the boiled meat into small pieces.
- Cut the chillies, ginger and garlic (straight, not ground).
- Fry all the cut masala, then add 1 tbsp of bottled masala.
- Add the pork and salt, fry well.
- Add 2 tbsp vinegar and a little water and cook.
