Stuffed Pomfret to review

Ingredients

  • to tastepomfret
  • a littlesalt
  • to tastebottle masala
  • to tasteoil

Stuffing masala (grind without water)

  • 1/2coconut
  • 1 bunchcoriander
  • 2green chillies
  • 1 small pcginger
  • 4 flakesgarlic

Instructions

  1. Grind the coconut, coriander, green chillies, ginger and garlic without water; add a little salt.
  2. Stuff the pomfret with the masala.
  3. Apply bottle masala and fry.
