Chinchavin Red Curry to review

Ingredients

  • to tastemixed fish
  • to tastespring onion or lady finger
  • to tasteoil
  • to tastesalt

Masala (grind)

  • 5red chillies
  • 1 tspjeera (cumin)
  • 1/2 tsphaldi (turmeric)
  • 1green chilli
  • 6 flakesgarlic
  • a littlefresh coriander

Instructions

  1. Cut the masala ingredients and grind.
  2. Add mixed fish and spring onion or lady finger and cook.
