- to tastemixed fish
- to tastespring onion or lady finger

Masala (grind)
- 5red chillies
- 1 tspjeera (cumin)
- 1/2 tsphaldi (turmeric)
- 1green chilli
- 6 flakesgarlic
- a littlefresh coriander
Instructions
- Cut the masala ingredients and grind.
- Add mixed fish and spring onion or lady finger and cook.
