Green Masala for Chops to review
Ingredients
- 3green chillies
- to tasteginger
- to tastegarlic
- a handfulcoriander (fresh)
- to tastespice powder
- to tastelime
- to tastesalt
- to tastechops
- a littlewater
- 1egg
- to tastebread crumbs
Instructions
- Grind together: 3 green chillies, ginger, garlic, coriander and spice powder.
- Stamp the chops, put lime and salt.
- Rub the green masala on it and pressure cook with a little water.
- When cooked, dry fry with egg and bread crumbs.
