Green Masala for Chops to review

Ingredients

  • 3green chillies
  • to tasteginger
  • to tastegarlic
  • a handfulcoriander (fresh)
  • to tastespice powder
  • to tastelime
  • to tastesalt
  • to tastechops
  • a littlewater
  • 1egg
  • to tastebread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Grind together: 3 green chillies, ginger, garlic, coriander and spice powder.
  2. Stamp the chops, put lime and salt.
  3. Rub the green masala on it and pressure cook with a little water.
  4. When cooked, dry fry with egg and bread crumbs.
