Prawn Pulao to review

Ingredients

  • 1/4 kgprawns, shelled
  • 1onion
  • to tastepickle spice
  • to tastecardamom
  • to tasteelaichi (cardamom)
  • to tastecurry pata (curry leaves)
  • 1 to 2tomatoes
  • 1 cuprice
  • 2 cupswater

Masala (grind)

  • 1 tspjeera (cumin)
  • 1/4 tsphaldi (turmeric)
  • 1 pcginger
  • 5 to 6 flakesgarlic
  • 1green chilli
  • a littlecoriander

Instructions

  1. Cut 1 onion and baghar (sauté).
  2. Put pickle spice, cardamom and curry pata; put prawns.
  3. Put 1 to 2 tomatoes, add prawns. Add masala, fry, then cook with masala.
  4. Take 1 cup rice and add 2 cups water; let it boil and then slow the gas.
