Chillies in Vinegar and Red Chille Sauce to review

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupvinegar
  • 10-12green chillies
  • 1/4 tspsugar
  • pinchsalt

Instructions

  1. Heat vinegar, add salt and sugar.
  2. When it starts to boil, add the green chillies.
  3. Remove from fire, cover and let it cool.

Duplicate scan of the same spread as 20220504-2254. Page also has a Red Chille Sauce recipe: 34-35 Kashmiri red chillies, vinegar, salt, red colour. Remove seeds and soak the chillies in vinegar overnight, grind to a fine paste in vinegar, then cook in vinegar till it achieves a sauce-like consistency.
