Dahi Chicken or Mutton to review
Ingredients
- 1 kgchicken
- 5onions
- 10 clovesgarlic
- 1 pieceginger
- 250curds (dahi)
- 2 tspgaram masala
- 2 tspsalt
- 1 tspred chilli powder
- 1/2 tspturmeric powder
- as neededcooking oil
- to garnishcoriander leaves
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken with garam masala in curds and keep aside for a few hours.
- Chop onions and grind to a fine paste along with garlic and ginger.
- Fry the ground masala till pale brown, add the marinated meat to it.
- Add salt, turmeric powder and red chille powder.
- Cook on slow fire till cooked, dry the water and roast till oil leaves the pan.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with roti.
