Chillies in Vinegar and Red Chille Sauce to review
Ingredients
- 1/2 cupvinegar
- 10-12green chillies
- 1/4 tspsugar
- pinchsalt
Instructions
- Heat vinegar, add salt and sugar.
- When it starts to boil, add the green chillies.
- Remove from fire, cover and let it cool.
The page also has a Red Chille Sauce recipe: 34-35 red chillies (Kashmiri), vinegar, salt, and red colour. Remove seeds and soak the chillies in vinegar overnight, grind to a fine paste in vinegar, then cook in vinegar till it achieves a sauce-like consistency.
