Szechuan Hot Garlic Sauce to review

Ingredients

  • 20 flakesgarlic, chopped fine and lightly crushed
  • 4-5 tbschilli oil
  • 1/2 mediumonion, chopped
  • 1 tbspgrated ginger
  • 8red chillies, ground in vinegar
  • 1 tbspvinegar
  • 1 tspsoya sauce
  • to tastesalt and sugar
  • 1 tbspspring onion, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat oil. Add grated onion, ginger, garlic, and ground red chillies.
  2. Stir fry for 1 minute.
  3. Remove from heat. Add vinegar, soya sauce, salt and sugar.
  4. Stir well.
  5. Sprinkle with chopped spring onion when serving.
