Szechuan Hot Garlic Sauce to review
Ingredients
- 20 flakesgarlic, chopped fine and lightly crushed
- 4-5 tbschilli oil
- 1/2 mediumonion, chopped
- 1 tbspgrated ginger
- 8red chillies, ground in vinegar
- 1 tbspvinegar
- 1 tspsoya sauce
- to tastesalt and sugar
- 1 tbspspring onion, finely chopped
Instructions
- Heat oil. Add grated onion, ginger, garlic, and ground red chillies.
- Stir fry for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat. Add vinegar, soya sauce, salt and sugar.
- Stir well.
- Sprinkle with chopped spring onion when serving.
