Dal Sweet (Puran Poli Filling) to review
Ingredients
- 300 gmsdal
- 2coconuts
- same quantity as dal and coconutwhole sugar (jaggery)
- to tasteelaichi (cardamom) powder
- 2 tbspghee
Instructions
- Cook the dal.
- Grind the coconut and dal fine.
- Measure with a cup and use the same quantity of sugar as the dal and coconut combined.
- Add whole sugar (jaggery).
- Mix well and stir on a slow fire.
- Add elaichi powder and 2 tbsp of ghee.
- Stir till it leaves the sides and comes to the centre, all greased.
- That is it, cut.
