Ingredients
- 1/2 kgbeef
- 1onion (cut fine and round)
- 4green chillies (cut straight)
- to tastegarlic
- to tasteginger
- to tastepepper powder
- to tastesalt
- to tasteghee
- 1/2 tsphaldi (turmeric) powder
- 2 cupswater
- 1 glasswater (extra)
- 2tomatoes
- to tastecarrot
- to tastepotatoes
- to tastespice powder
- 1/2 tspvinegar
Instructions
- Stamp the beef, apply pepper powder and salt, fry in ghee and keep aside.
- Fry onions, chilli, ginger and garlic, then add 1/2 tsp haldi powder.
- Add the meat and 2 cups of water, pressure cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Put a glass of water and let it cool, then open the cooker.
- Add 2 tomatoes, carrot and potatoes; let it cook.
- When ready, add spice powder.
- Add 1/2 tsp vinegar.
