Fugias to review
Ingredients
- 1 kgmaida (plain flour)
- 2full eggs
- to tastesalt
- as per sweetnesssugar
- 2 1/2 tspghee, melted
- as neededlukewarm water for massaging
Yeast water
- 7-8 tbspwarm water
- 1/2 tbspsugar (dissolved)
- 1 tspyeast
Instructions
- Prepare the yeast water: dissolve sugar in warm water, add yeast and dissolve. Keep aside.
- Strain the maida and add eggs, salt, sugar, and melted ghee.
- Massage well with the yeast water, and add more water as required.
- See that the consistency is not too tight or not too fine.
- Massage atta freely with your hand.
