Dahi Chicken or Mutton to review

Ingredients

  • 1 kgchicken
  • 5onions
  • 10 clovesgarlic
  • 1 pieceginger
  • 250curds (dahi)
  • 2 tspgaram masala
  • 2 tspsalt
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • as neededcooking oil
  • to garnishcoriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken with garam masala in curds and keep aside for a few hours.
  2. Chop onions and grind to a fine paste along with garlic and ginger.
  3. Fry the ground masala till pale brown, add the marinated meat to it.
  4. Add salt, turmeric powder and red chille powder.
  5. Cook on slow fire till cooked, dry the water and roast till oil leaves the pan.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with roti.
