Fish Curry — Phakat / Mushi to review
Ingredients
- to tastefish
- to tasteoil
- 3/4 tbspbottled masala
- to tastewater
- to tastesalt
- to tastetamarind pulp
Masala (stamp / pound)
- 4green chillies
- 1 pcginger
- 6 to 7 flakesgarlic
- a littlefresh coriander
Instructions
- Put oil and stamp masala, and 3/4 tbsp of bottled masala. Fry the masala.
- Put the fish in.
- Pour water and salt.
- When the fish is cooked, pour in tamarind pulp.
