Fish Curry — Phakat / Mushi to review

Ingredients

  • to tastefish
  • to tasteoil
  • 3/4 tbspbottled masala
  • to tastewater
  • to tastesalt
  • to tastetamarind pulp

Masala (stamp / pound)

  • 4green chillies
  • 1 pcginger
  • 6 to 7 flakesgarlic
  • a littlefresh coriander

Instructions

  1. Put oil and stamp masala, and 3/4 tbsp of bottled masala. Fry the masala.
  2. Put the fish in.
  3. Pour water and salt.
  4. When the fish is cooked, pour in tamarind pulp.
