Prawn and Tomato Curry to review
Ingredients
- to tasteprawns
- 1onion
- to tasteoil
- a littlesalt
- 2tomatoes
- to tastewater
- to tastetamarind pulp
Masala (grind)
- 5red chillies
- 1 tspjeera (cumin)
- 1/2 tsphaldi (turmeric)
- 1green chilli
- 6 flakesgarlic
- a littlefresh coriander
Instructions
- Cut 1 onion and baghar (sauté) in oil with a little salt.
- Fry, then put the ground masala in and fry.
- Add 2 tomatoes and fry till they turn soft.
- Add prawns and salt, and add water and cook.
- Later add tamarind pulp.
