Prawn and Tomato Curry to review

Ingredients

  • to tasteprawns
  • 1onion
  • to tasteoil
  • a littlesalt
  • 2tomatoes
  • to tastewater
  • to tastetamarind pulp

Masala (grind)

  • 5red chillies
  • 1 tspjeera (cumin)
  • 1/2 tsphaldi (turmeric)
  • 1green chilli
  • 6 flakesgarlic
  • a littlefresh coriander

Instructions

  1. Cut 1 onion and baghar (sauté) in oil with a little salt.
  2. Fry, then put the ground masala in and fry.
  3. Add 2 tomatoes and fry till they turn soft.
  4. Add prawns and salt, and add water and cook.
  5. Later add tamarind pulp.
