Chinese Garlic Sauce (for Garlic Chicken) to review
Ingredients
- 12-15 flakesgarlic, crushed
- 1 cupchicken stock
- 1/2 tbspvinegar
- 2-3 tbsptomato sauce
- 2 tspsoya sauce
- to tastesalt and pepper
- to tastesugar
- to thickencornflour
Instructions
- Pour oil, fry the garlic, add tomato sauce and let it fry.
- Add soya sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Let it fry.
- Add stock. When boiling, add cornflour mixed in water.
- Later add fried chicken for garlic chicken.
