Chinese Garlic Sauce (for Garlic Chicken) to review

Ingredients

  • 12-15 flakesgarlic, crushed
  • 1 cupchicken stock
  • 1/2 tbspvinegar
  • 2-3 tbsptomato sauce
  • 2 tspsoya sauce
  • to tastesalt and pepper
  • to tastesugar
  • to thickencornflour

Instructions

  1. Pour oil, fry the garlic, add tomato sauce and let it fry.
  2. Add soya sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Let it fry.
  3. Add stock. When boiling, add cornflour mixed in water.
  4. Later add fried chicken for garlic chicken.
