Moile Chicken or Duck to review
Ingredients
- to tastechicken or duck
- to tastehaldi powder
- to tastesalt
- 1 plate fullonions
- 3green chillies (cut straight, not ground)
- to tastegarlic
- to tasteginger
- to tasteghee or oil
- 1 tbspbottled masala
- 1/2 tbspsugar
- 2 cupswater
- 3/4 tspvinegar
- to tastespice powder
- to tastepotatoes
Instructions
- Rub the chicken (or duck) with haldi powder and salt.
- Cut one plate full of onions.
- Cut 3 green chillies, garlic and ginger straight (not ground).
- Fry the onions in ghee (or oil) till golden brown.
- Fry the chillies, garlic, ginger and salt.
- Add 1 tbsp bottled masala, fry it, then add 1/2 tbsp sugar and fry.
- Add the chicken and fry, then add 2 cups of water and cook on slow fire.
- Put in 3/4 tsp vinegar and spice powder.
- Add fried potatoes.
