Capsicum Stuffed to review

Ingredients

  • 6capsicums, cleaned
  • 1 cupgrated coconut
  • 1/2 tbspcoriander powder
  • 1/2 tspjeera (cumin) powder
  • 1/4 tsphaldi (turmeric) powder
  • 1/2 tspsugar
  • 1/4 tspchilli powder
  • to tastechopped fresh coriander
  • to tastesalt
  • a littlelime juice
  • 1 tbspchanna atta (chickpea flour)
  • 1 tbsoil

Instructions

  1. Mix grated coconut, coriander powder, jeera powder, haldi, sugar, chilli powder, chopped fresh coriander, salt, lime juice and channa atta.
  2. Pour 1 tbs oil in a pan and fry this mixture till the channa atta is cooked.
  3. Stuff the capsicums with the mixture.
  4. Heat oil in a pan, add salt, and place the stuffed capsicums in.
  5. Put a little water around the capsicums to cook, and cook till capsicums are soft.
  6. Keep 1 1/2 tbs of the spoon filling aside.
  7. Squeeze sour lime over.
  8. For potatoes: fry on ones (one side?) finished, garnish with potatoes and stuffing.
