Capsicum Stuffed to review
Ingredients
- 6capsicums, cleaned
- 1 cupgrated coconut
- 1/2 tbspcoriander powder
- 1/2 tspjeera (cumin) powder
- 1/4 tsphaldi (turmeric) powder
- 1/2 tspsugar
- 1/4 tspchilli powder
- to tastechopped fresh coriander
- to tastesalt
- a littlelime juice
- 1 tbspchanna atta (chickpea flour)
- 1 tbsoil
Instructions
- Mix grated coconut, coriander powder, jeera powder, haldi, sugar, chilli powder, chopped fresh coriander, salt, lime juice and channa atta.
- Pour 1 tbs oil in a pan and fry this mixture till the channa atta is cooked.
- Stuff the capsicums with the mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan, add salt, and place the stuffed capsicums in.
- Put a little water around the capsicums to cook, and cook till capsicums are soft.
- Keep 1 1/2 tbs of the spoon filling aside.
- Squeeze sour lime over.
- For potatoes: fry on ones (one side?) finished, garnish with potatoes and stuffing.
