Ingredients
- 1fish
- 1onion
- 3green chillies
- 4 flakesgarlic
- 1 pcginger
- 1tomato
- 1 cupwater
- to tastesalt
- to tastevinegar
Masala (grind)
- 1/4coconut
- 1/2 tbspcoriander seed
- 1 tspjeera (cumin) flat
- 1/4 tsphaldi (turmeric)
- 5peppercorns
Instructions
- Cut one onion long-ways (round).
- Cut 3 green chillies long-ways.
- Cut 4 flakes garlic and 1 pc ginger fine.
- Baghar all the cut masala in oil, then add the ground masala and fry well.
- Add fish, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 cup water and tomato. When fish is scoured (cooked), add a little vinegar.
- Cook till done.
