Green Curry to review

Ingredients

  • 1fish
  • 1onion
  • 3green chillies
  • 4 flakesgarlic
  • 1 pcginger
  • 1tomato
  • 1 cupwater
  • to tastesalt
  • to tastevinegar

Masala (grind)

  • 1/4coconut
  • 1/2 tbspcoriander seed
  • 1 tspjeera (cumin) flat
  • 1/4 tsphaldi (turmeric)
  • 5peppercorns

Instructions

  1. Cut one onion long-ways (round).
  2. Cut 3 green chillies long-ways.
  3. Cut 4 flakes garlic and 1 pc ginger fine.
  4. Baghar all the cut masala in oil, then add the ground masala and fry well.
  5. Add fish, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 cup water and tomato. When fish is scoured (cooked), add a little vinegar.
  6. Cook till done.
