Crab Curry to review
Ingredients
- to tastecrabs
- to tastesalt
- 5 to 6 flakesgarlic, crushed
- to tasteoil
- to tastewater
- to tastedry mango
Masala (grind without water)
- 1/2coconut, grated
- 1/2 cupchanna (chickpea)
- 1 tbspbottle masala
Instructions
- Grind the coconut, channa and bottle masala without water.
- Add salt and stuff the crabs with the ground masala.
- Take 5 to 6 flakes garlic, heat oil and add the crushed garlic.
- Put the crabs and the stuffing masala in with water. Let the crab cook.
- Add dry mango.
Side note: 'Amboshi — cut mango, add salt and dry in sun.'
