Mutton Khudi with Coconut to review

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgmutton
  • 1 tbspghee
  • 1 tbspbottled masala
  • to tastepotatoes
  • to tastepeas

Masala (roast and grind)

  • 1onion
  • 2green chillies
  • 1 pcsdry coconut
  • 1 pcginger
  • 5 flakesgarlic
  • 1/2 tspspice powder

Instructions

  1. Roast the onion, green chillies, and dry coconut until brown, then grind together with ginger, garlic, and spice powder.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp of ghee in a pan and fry the ground masala.
  3. Add 1 tbsp of bottled masala.
  4. Add the mutton (or chicken) and cook.
  5. Add potatoes and peas and cook until tender.

Variant — for meat ball curry: same recipe, but make balls with spice powder, put them in a frying pan and let them dry first.
