Mutton Khudi with Coconut to review
Ingredients
- 1/2 kgmutton
- 1 tbspghee
- 1 tbspbottled masala
- to tastepotatoes
- to tastepeas
Masala (roast and grind)
- 1onion
- 2green chillies
- 1 pcsdry coconut
- 1 pcginger
- 5 flakesgarlic
- 1/2 tspspice powder
Instructions
- Roast the onion, green chillies, and dry coconut until brown, then grind together with ginger, garlic, and spice powder.
- Heat 1 tbsp of ghee in a pan and fry the ground masala.
- Add 1 tbsp of bottled masala.
- Add the mutton (or chicken) and cook.
- Add potatoes and peas and cook until tender.
Variant — for meat ball curry: same recipe, but make balls with spice powder, put them in a frying pan and let them dry first.
