Tiramisu to review

Ingredients

  • 1egg
  • to tasteKahlua
  • 1 big + 1 small tubPhiladelphia (philli) light cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 cupsespresso coffee with sugar
  • 1 small bottlecream
  • 1 bardark chocolate (grated)
  • 1 large packSavoiardi biscuits
  • 2 tbspcaster sugar (for yolk)
  • 1 tbspsugar (for egg white)

Instructions

  1. Beat in order separately:
  2. 1) Philli cheese — set aside.
  3. 2) Yolk with 2 tbsp caster sugar.
  4. 3) Cream.
  5. 4) Egg white with 1 tbsp sugar — mix together.
  6. Take the philli cheese first, add the egg yolk and stir well.
  7. Spoon in the cream, stir, then add the egg white. Stir.
  8. Dip the biscuits in the coffee, Kahlua and sugar mix, then arrange them in the bowl.
  9. Put a large layer of the cream mix and sprinkle chocolate.
  10. Repeat till finished.
  11. Top with grated chocolate.
