Kebbabs to review

Ingredients

  • 1 kgmince
  • to tastesalt
  • to tastelemon
  • to tastechopped coriander
  • to tasteonion and lemon (for garnish)

Masala (to grind)

  • 4red chillies
  • 1 bigonion, ground
  • 1papaya core
  • 1 1/2 tspjeera and coriander
  • to tasteelaichi (cardamom) and laung (cloves)
  • to tasteginger and garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsphaldi (turmeric)
  • 1green chilli

Instructions

  1. Grind the masala ingredients together.
  2. Mix the ground masala into the mince along with salt, lemon, and chopped coriander.
  3. Steam the balls till all the juice comes out.
  4. Then fry.
  5. Garnish with onion and lemon.

Some words faded; 'papaya core' (used as a tenderiser) inferred.
