Ingredients
- 1 kgmince
- to tastesalt
- to tastelemon
- to tastechopped coriander
- to tasteonion and lemon (for garnish)
Masala (to grind)
- 4red chillies
- 1 bigonion, ground
- 1papaya core
- 1 1/2 tspjeera and coriander
- to tasteelaichi (cardamom) and laung (cloves)
- to tasteginger and garlic paste
- 1/2 tsphaldi (turmeric)
- 1green chilli
Instructions
- Grind the masala ingredients together.
- Mix the ground masala into the mince along with salt, lemon, and chopped coriander.
- Steam the balls till all the juice comes out.
- Then fry.
- Garnish with onion and lemon.
Some words faded; 'papaya core' (used as a tenderiser) inferred.
