Chicken Curry with Potatoes to review

Ingredients

  • 1 podgarlic

  • 1/2 tspshahjeera
  • 1/2 tspcoriander seeds
  • 1/2barishap (fennel)
  • 1 tspkuskus (poppy seeds)
  • 1 tsptil (sesame)
  • 2peppercorns
  • 1 tspspice powder
  • 1/2 tsphaldi (turmeric) powder

Instructions

  1. Cut 2 onions and baghar (sauté).
  2. Add the ground masala and fry.
  3. Add the chicken and fry.
  4. Add about 2 cups of water.
  5. Keep on slow fire.
  6. Later, add potatoes and cook until done.
