Cutlets and Potato Chops to review

Ingredients

  • to tastemince
  • a pinchsalt
  • 1onion
  • to tastegarlic
  • to tasteginger
  • to tastechillies
  • 1 cubesoup cube
  • to tastesoul lime
  • to tastespice powder
  • a handfulcoriander (fresh)
  • 1egg

For Potato Chop

  • 1/4mince
  • 2onions
  • 3chillies
  • to tastegarlic
  • to tasteginger
  • to tastespice powder
  • to tasteoil

Instructions

  1. Cutlet: Put mince in cooker without water. Add a pinch of salt. After 1 whistle, put cooker off.
  2. Let the water dry.
  3. Cut onion, garlic, ginger, chillies fine, or grind with the mince in mixer.
  4. Add soup cube, soul lime, spice powder, fresh coriander and an egg.
  5. Potato Chop: Take 1/4 mince, 2 onions, 3 chillies, garlic, ginger, spice powder, and oil.
  6. Baghar (sauté) onion, ginger, garlic, chillies.
  7. Add mince and let it cook on slow fire.
  8. When mince is fried, add soul lime, fresh coriander and spice powder.
  9. Make chops.
