Cutlets and Potato Chops to review
Ingredients

For Potato Chop
- 1/4mince
- 2onions
- 3chillies
- to tastegarlic
- to tasteginger
- to tastespice powder
- to tasteoil
Instructions
- Cutlet: Put mince in cooker without water. Add a pinch of salt. After 1 whistle, put cooker off.
- Let the water dry.
- Cut onion, garlic, ginger, chillies fine, or grind with the mince in mixer.
- Add soup cube, soul lime, spice powder, fresh coriander and an egg.
- Potato Chop: Take 1/4 mince, 2 onions, 3 chillies, garlic, ginger, spice powder, and oil.
- Baghar (sauté) onion, ginger, garlic, chillies.
- Add mince and let it cook on slow fire.
- When mince is fried, add soul lime, fresh coriander and spice powder.
- Make chops.
