Thali Sweet (Sooji and Dal Bake) to review

Ingredients

  • 350 gmsbutter
  • 300 gmssooji (semolina)
  • 8eggs
  • 900 gmsground sugar
  • 300 gmschanna dal, boiled
  • 2 small / medium sizedcoconuts
  • 1/4 cupmilk and cream
  • to tastevanilla

Instructions

  1. Stir butter, sugar, sooji and eggs together and keep overnight.
  2. In the morning, add dal, coconut and vanilla, then bake.
  3. Egg whites are to be beaten separately and added.
  4. Add 1/4 cup milk and cream.
