Thali Sweet (Sooji and Dal Bake) to review
Ingredients
- 350 gmsbutter
- 300 gmssooji (semolina)
- 8eggs
- 900 gmsground sugar
- 300 gmschanna dal, boiled
- 2 small / medium sizedcoconuts
- 1/4 cupmilk and cream
- to tastevanilla
Instructions
- Stir butter, sugar, sooji and eggs together and keep overnight.
- In the morning, add dal, coconut and vanilla, then bake.
- Egg whites are to be beaten separately and added.
- Add 1/4 cup milk and cream.
