Methi Bhaji to review
Ingredients
- to tastemethi (fenugreek leaves)
- 2onions
- 2green chillies
- to tastechanna dal (soaked)
- to tasteoil
- to tastewater
Instructions
- Wash and cut the methi.
- Soak the channa dal.
- Put oil and fry onion, green chillies, methi and channa dal.
- Fry, then cover with water on top and keep on slow fire till done.
