Methi Bhaji to review

Ingredients

  • to tastemethi (fenugreek leaves)
  • 2onions
  • 2green chillies
  • to tastechanna dal (soaked)
  • to tasteoil
  • to tastewater

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut the methi.
  2. Soak the channa dal.
  3. Put oil and fry onion, green chillies, methi and channa dal.
  4. Fry, then cover with water on top and keep on slow fire till done.
