Ingredients
- 750 gmssugar
- 50 gmsgelatine
- 2 large cupswater
- 1sour lime, juiced
- to tasteflavour
- to tastecolour
- as neededpowdered sugar (for coating)
Instructions
- Soak gelatine in 1 cup water and leave aside.
- Add 1 cup water to the sugar and cook on fire to a one-string consistency.
- Add gelatine water to the sugar syrup and stir till completely dissolved.
- Add lime juice, flavour and colour, and beat till light and fluffy.
- Pour into oiled thalis and let set for 6 hours.
- Cut into bits and coat completely in powdered sugar, putting coat all over.
