Potato Bhaji to review

Ingredients

  • 1 kgpotatoes, boiled
  • 1/2 kgonion, cut
  • 2chillies, cut
  • to tasteoil
  • a pinchrye (mustard seeds)
  • a fewcurry pata (curry leaves)
  • to tastehaldi (turmeric)
  • to tastesalt
  • to tastefresh coriander
  • to tastesour lime juice

Instructions

  1. Heat oil and baghar (temper) with rye and curry pata.
  2. Add onions, then haldi and chillies. Let it fry.
  3. When onions are cooked, add potatoes and salt and mix well.
  4. Add chopped fresh coriander on top with sour lime juice.
  5. Serve with puri.
