Potato Bhaji to review
Ingredients
- 1 kgpotatoes, boiled
- 1/2 kgonion, cut
- 2chillies, cut
- to tasteoil
- a pinchrye (mustard seeds)
- a fewcurry pata (curry leaves)
- to tastehaldi (turmeric)
- to tastesalt
- to tastefresh coriander
- to tastesour lime juice
Instructions
- Heat oil and baghar (temper) with rye and curry pata.
- Add onions, then haldi and chillies. Let it fry.
- When onions are cooked, add potatoes and salt and mix well.
- Add chopped fresh coriander on top with sour lime juice.
- Serve with puri.
