Ingredients
- 1 cupcooked diced chicken
- 4 cupscooked rice
- 3 tbspoil
- 2eggs, lightly beaten
- 3spring onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 tspgrated ginger
- 1 1/2 tbspsoya sauce
- 1 tbspvinegar
- 1 tbspchilli sauce
- 1/2 cupfrench beans, finely sliced
- 1/2 cupcarrots, diced
- to tastesalt and pepper
- 1 pinchajinomoto
Instructions
- Heat 1 tbsp oil and scramble the eggs lightly. Remove.
- Add the remaining oil. When hot, add the chopped spring onions and grated ginger. Stir fry for 1 minute.
- Add soya sauce, vinegar, chilli sauce and stir well.
- Now add the french beans, carrots, and diced chicken. Stir fry for 2 minutes.
- Add rice. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and ajinomoto. Mix well and allow it to cook on low heat for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and add the scrambled eggs. Mix lightly and serve hot.
