Chicken Fried Rice to review

Ingredients

  • 1 cupcooked diced chicken
  • 4 cupscooked rice
  • 3 tbspoil
  • 2eggs, lightly beaten
  • 3spring onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tspgrated ginger
  • 1 1/2 tbspsoya sauce
  • 1 tbspvinegar
  • 1 tbspchilli sauce
  • 1/2 cupfrench beans, finely sliced
  • 1/2 cupcarrots, diced
  • to tastesalt and pepper
  • 1 pinchajinomoto

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil and scramble the eggs lightly. Remove.
  2. Add the remaining oil. When hot, add the chopped spring onions and grated ginger. Stir fry for 1 minute.
  3. Add soya sauce, vinegar, chilli sauce and stir well.
  4. Now add the french beans, carrots, and diced chicken. Stir fry for 2 minutes.
  5. Add rice. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and ajinomoto. Mix well and allow it to cook on low heat for 1 minute.
  6. Remove from heat and add the scrambled eggs. Mix lightly and serve hot.
