Tandoori Chicken to review

Ingredients

  • 1chicken
  • to tastesalt
  • to tastelime
  • 1onion
  • 1 pcginger
  • 6 flakesgarlic
  • 1 tspchilli powder
  • 1 cupcurds (yogurt)
  • 5green chillies
  • 1 tbspgaram masala
  • 1 tspcumin seeds (jeera)
  • to tastebutter
  • to tastecolour (food colouring)

Instructions

  1. Apply salt and lime to the chicken and marinate.
  2. Grind onion, ginger, garlic, chilli powder, curds, green chillies, garam masala, jeera and colour.
  3. Apply this paste to the chicken. Marinate for 4 hours.
  4. Cook with butter.
