Tandoori Chicken to review
Ingredients

- to tastesalt
- to tastelime
- 1onion
- 1 pcginger
- 6 flakesgarlic
- 1 tspchilli powder
- 1 cupcurds (yogurt)
- 5green chillies
- 1 tbspgaram masala
- 1 tspcumin seeds (jeera)
- to tastebutter
- to tastecolour (food colouring)
Instructions
- Apply salt and lime to the chicken and marinate.
- Grind onion, ginger, garlic, chilli powder, curds, green chillies, garam masala, jeera and colour.
- Apply this paste to the chicken. Marinate for 4 hours.
- Cook with butter.
