Dal Gosht to review
Ingredients
- 1/4 kgmutton
- 200 gred dal
- 6 clovesgarlic
- to tasteghee
- 1/2 tbspbottle masala
- a littleground coconut, roasted
- to tastedried mango
- to tastesalt
Instructions
- Boil the mutton.
- Take 6 cloves garlic, stamp and baghar (temper) with ghee.
- Put 1/2 tbsp of bottle masala.
- Put in the roasted ground coconut.
- Add dal and mutton, let the dal cook.
- Add dried mango while cooking, and salt.
