Dal Gosht to review

Ingredients

  • 1/4 kgmutton
  • 200 gred dal
  • 6 clovesgarlic
  • to tasteghee
  • 1/2 tbspbottle masala
  • a littleground coconut, roasted
  • to tastedried mango
  • to tastesalt

Instructions

  1. Boil the mutton.
  2. Take 6 cloves garlic, stamp and baghar (temper) with ghee.
  3. Put 1/2 tbsp of bottle masala.
  4. Put in the roasted ground coconut.
  5. Add dal and mutton, let the dal cook.
  6. Add dried mango while cooking, and salt.
