Pork with Tamarind to review

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgpork
  • 1onion
  • a littleoil
  • 3/4 tspbottled masala
  • to tastesalt
  • to tastetamarind pulp

Masala (to stamp/grind)

  • 4green chillies
  • 1 pcginger
  • 5 flakesgarlic

Instructions

  1. Cut 1 onion. Put a little oil in the pan and add the onion and the stamped masala along with 3/4 tsp of bottled masala and salt.
  2. Mix with the pork and keep on slow fire.
  3. Cover with water on top — as the water gets hot, pour it in little by little.
  4. When the pork is cooked, stamp some more garlic and add it along with tamarind pulp.
