Pork with Tamarind to review
Ingredients
- 1/2 kgpork
- 1onion
- a littleoil
- 3/4 tspbottled masala
- to tastesalt
- to tastetamarind pulp
Masala (to stamp/grind)
- 4green chillies
- 1 pcginger
- 5 flakesgarlic
Instructions
- Cut 1 onion. Put a little oil in the pan and add the onion and the stamped masala along with 3/4 tsp of bottled masala and salt.
- Mix with the pork and keep on slow fire.
- Cover with water on top — as the water gets hot, pour it in little by little.
- When the pork is cooked, stamp some more garlic and add it along with tamarind pulp.
